Lawyers of Eversheds Bitāns lawyers will deliver pro bono consultations for new and aspiring entrepreneurs
Continuing the traditions of Eversheds International law firm network social responsibility, Law Office “Eversheds Bitāns” also this year will take part in pro bono week from 7-11 November 2011 and will provide consultations for new and aspiring entrepreneurs.
From 7 until 11 November new and aspiring entrepreneurs who require legal advice, but on account of financial resources cannot afford it, will have a possibility to receive 30-40 minutes long consultation in commercial law topics such as business forms, types and it’s specifics, business registration procedures (Registry of Enterprises, State Revenue Service), responsibilities of board members and shareholders, preparation of commercial agreements and franchise.
Legal advice will be rendered by three Eversheds Bitāns lawyers: Dr. iur. Viktorija Jarkina, Liena Rubene and Indra Sakse.
