On 15 March 2011, Senior Associate of Law Office „Eversheds Bitāns” and doctoral of the University of Latvia Ginta Sniedzīte successfully defended doctoral dissertation on the topic of “The concept, evolution and the role of judges in the legal source doctrine of Latvia.”
