Eversheds Bitans Law Office receives ISO 9001:2008 certification
In July 2010 Eversheds Bitans Law Office received ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS sets out our process for delivering client service excellence as well as the tools we have available to provide this including quality handbook, client satisfaction surveys, project management processes and audits. It also sets out actions for non-compliance to the system.
