Āris Kakstāns, lawyer, has joined “Eversheds Bitāns” Law Office
On June 1st, 2010 Āris Kakstāns, lawyer, joined Eversheds Bitāns Law Office. Āris’s practice areas are imigration law and commercial Law, therefore he will be major support for our commercial team and will provide even more effective support for client matters.
Previously Āris worked in KMPG Baltics SIA. Also he has participated in Willem C. Vis International Commercial arbitration lead (Vienna, Austria) and in Central and Eastern European Moot Competition as a player. Āris has studied in University of Latvia Faculty of Law where obtained the bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and master's degree (LLM) in 2010.
