On 22nd September 2011, Agris Bitāns performed at the British Chamber of Commerce hosted event on anti-corruption measures in the United Kingdom and Latvia. In his presentation, Agris Bitāns explained how this issue is adjusted to the Latvian laws, gave some examples, as well as gave a brief comparison with UK bribery laws. Whereas, Roderick Macauley, expert from the Ministry of Justice of United Kingdom, gave a more in-depth insight into the UK Bribery Act.
