On 19 December, 2011 came out book „Comments of the Republic of Latvia Constitution. Chapter VIII. Human Rights”, which consists of more than eight hundred pages and contains scientific comments on the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia - Chapter VIII – Human rights.
Work on this large and significant edition from the idea to its full implementation lasted three years. For the creation of this book were selected and joined their forces in total 37 recognized scientists and experts. Managing Partner of Law Office “Eversheds Bitāns” attorney at law Agris Bitāns contributed to this unique project and prepared comments on two Latvian Constitutional articles - Article 92 (right to a fair court in connection with the right to commensurate compensation) and Article 95 (right of human honour and dignity protection).
